What every Strive Alliance member must deliver.
Strive Alliance membership is invite-only and requires meeting a defined standard across three disciplines. This is not a loose affiliation — it is a contractual commitment to quality that every member signs before joining.
Cyber Security
All members hold Cyber Essentials Plus as a minimum. Many hold ISO 27001 and operate SIEM, EDR, and 24/7 SOC monitoring. Zero Trust architecture and Defence in Depth are the shared operational model.
Compliance
Members support clients with GDPR, Cyber Essentials, ISO 27001, and NIS2 compliance. Compliance is built into the service delivery model — not sold as a separate add-on.
IT Support
Defined SLAs, named account management, and documented escalation paths. All members operate minimum service desks with guaranteed response times — and contribute staff time and resource to the shared network.
Team Scale
Every member runs a team of ten or more engineers. This ensures depth of resource — no single-person shop, no engineer moonlighting. Clients always have backup coverage from the member's own team before the network is called.
Emergency Protocol
Every member is contractually obligated to contribute to the mutual emergency response framework. Activation of the protocol draws immediate resource from available member teams — covering incidents, outages, and capacity shortfalls.
Shared Research
All members contribute to the Strive Alliance research hub — publishing threat intelligence, compliance guidance, and operational insights that are shared with clients, partners, and the wider MSP community.

The affected member triggers the emergency protocol. Strive Alliance central coordination notifies all available member teams instantly.
Resource audit
Available engineer capacity across the network is assessed in real time. Skills, availability, and proximity are matched to the incident type and scope.
Deployment
Engineers are allocated and briefed. Remote access is established. On-site teams from the nearest member company are dispatched where required.
Resolution and review
The full network stays engaged until the incident is resolved and normal service is confirmed. A post-incident review is shared across the alliance.
